Ce chocolat a à la fois un caractère doux et relevé:  bien chocolaté, il est marqué par des notes de bois sauvage et d'olives noires, adouci par des notes de miel.  Une sélection de cacaos fins organiques (certifiés) de 25  familles, engagées et formées par une experte belge, dans une fermentation de qualité.

This chocolate has at the same time a strong, and soft character: a marked chocolate flavor, but not too bitter, with marked notes of wild wood and black olives, sweetened by natural honey notes. A selection of fine flavor organic cacaos (certified) from 25 families from central Nicaragua, committed and formed in quality fermentation by a Belgian expert (now friend of our chocolaterie). ​
