​Ce cacao pousse dans un des ecosystèmes le plus mythhiques et biodiverses de la Colombie: la Sierra Nevada.  Un mélange sophistiqué qui donne au chocolat des notes boisées avec des touches douces de mandarine et caramel. Très unique.

This cacao grows in one of the most biodiverse, multi-ethnicand mystique of all ecosystems in Colombia: la Sierra Nevada.  It a very sophisticated blend that gives a chocolate that balances woody, kind of whisky notes, with a sweet and fresh mandarin flavor. Very unique.
