A proud result of a long evaluation of local beans, together with our local partner cooperative in Tierralta, Colombia: only one variety bean, cafefully harvested and specially fermented from various plants of a group of small diversified farmers. Special red Trinitario cobs that give this chocolate honey notes with slight spicy notes.
