Le fin cacao de ce chocolat donne un gôut TRÈS fruité même à ce haut pourcentage de cacao.  Ces notes font penser aux ananas caramelisés, ce qui adouci  l'amerture aussi naturelle de ce chocolat.  Une sélection de cacaos organiques (certifiés) des arbres anciens, dans la mystique Vallée des Incas (Cuzco).

The fine cacao of this chocolate gives a VERY fruity taste even at this high percentage of cacao content. The fruity notes , like those of caramelized pineapples, soften the natural bitterness of this chocolate. A selection of organic cocoas (certified) from ancient trees, in the mythical valley of the Incas (Cuzco). ​
